No bake cheese cake..By Carol

No Bake Cheesecake :

1-8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 small container cool whip
...
graham cracker crust
1 can pie filling- cherry, blueberry, etc. or fresh fruit can be used. You can also drain a can of crushed pineapple or sprinkle with choc. chips

Let cream cheese soften and add sugar and blend. Beat until smooth and creamy. Add cool whip and mix well. Spoon into graham cracker crust and top with your choice of topping. Refrigerate. Enjoy !! Total prep time about 15 mins.
