Upside down pineapple strawberry cake....by Billie

Here is my recipe

Upside Down Pineapple Strawberry Cake
...
9x9 pan round or square

Use enough pineapple and strawberries to cover the bottom of the pan with 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/3 heat it up simmer for a few minutes. Place ingredients in the bottom of the pan

In a bowl mix 1 and 1/2 cups of flour
2 and 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cups of milk
Mix ingredients together and put on top of the fruit. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
I flip mine on a plate when it is done.

Quick and easy and freaking delicious.
