Home Made Corn Tortillas
2 C Maseca
... 1/4 t salt
1 1/4 c water
Mix the ingredients together till you have a smooth ball of dough. If it seems dry add more water a tablespoon at a time.
Form dough balls into equal parts. Line each side of a tortilla press with thick plastic and smash them till they are about 5"-6". Heat on a griddle for about 50 seconds on each side.
I made these for tacos last night. OMG! I'll never eat store bought corn tortillas again. I am thinking how delicious they will be in my enchiladas
