MeatBalls .....by Carol Barney

Italian hamburgers/ meatballs

2 lb. ground beef or 1 lb ground pork/ 1 lb ground beef
1/4 C. finely chopped garlic
1/2 c. parmesan cheese grated
...
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs Add chopped onion if desired to taste
Mix well.........
Make into patties and fry as hamburgers or roll into meatballs the size you want. Put meatballs on cookie sheet and bake about 30 min @ 350 until lightly browned. Serve with marinara sauce and pasta or as meatball sandwiches !!
