Sweet and Sour Sauce....by Lesly Talley

Sweet and Sour Sauce (because who wants to go back to Walmart after you forget to buy it?)
1 1/2 C water
1/3 C vinegar
1/3 C brown sugar
2 Tbl soy sauce
2 Tbl cornstarch mixed with a little water
Whisk all ingredients in pan and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat
