Mexican style Chicken by Carol Barney

Mexican style chicken

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
large jar pace picante sauce
taco seasoning
... shredded cheese
black olives (optional)

Rub taco seasoning over chicken
place in baking dish
pour picante sauce over chicken
cover dish
Bake in 375 oven for about an 1 1/2 hours or until cooked well. last 15 mins remove from oven and cover with cheese and olives...I serve this with Zatarains black beans and rice...yummy
