Potatoe Casserole..... by christina kunz

Christina’s Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
... 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon Hot Sauce (more or less depending on taste)
1/2 32oz. Jar mayonnaise or salad dressing (personal taste)
6 Large baking potatoes (peeled/cubed and boiled)
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups chopped ham (or meat of choice)
1 box stuffing (prepared)
2 cups shredded cheese (more or less depending on taste)

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Mix the mayonnaise, onion salt, hot sauce, garlic, seasoned salt, pepper, and meat in casserole dish. Stir in potatoes. Top with prepared stuffing. Bake for 15 minutes, top with cheese and bake for additional 25 minutes or until cheese is completely melted
