White Chocolate Snickerdoodles
1 c butter
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
... 1 3/4 c flour
2 tsp cream of tarter
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
white choco chips
mix dry ingredients set aside
Cream sugar and butter add eggs mix well
add dry ingredients mix well add choco chips I used 1/2 a bag :O)
shape dough into balls and roll int cinammon sugar mixture
place 2 inches apart on an ungreased sheet
bake for 8-10 mins at 350 makes about 4 dozens
